Location: Ideally based in Manchester, with a requirement to be comfortable working central US time zones.

What you will do

• Turn business questions into measurable analytics use cases and models.
• Build and deploy models (segmentation, churn, pricing, MMM, forecasting) using Python/R on Azure & Microsoft Fabric.
• Productionise data pipelines and surface insights in Power BI and Salesforce CRM Analytics.
• Partner closely with commercial teams to drive adoption and impact.

Requirements

• 5+ years’ applied data science experience in commercial analytics.
• Strong Python or R, SQL, and Azure/Fabric experience.
• Advanced Power BI skills and experience operationalising models.
• Ability to communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
