What you will do

• Build and improve scoring models for lead prioritization, activation prediction, churn risk, and expansion potential.
• Analyze marketplace, CRM, and marketing data to identify growth patterns and commercial opportunities.
• Design experiments and define success metrics to interpret results and understand uncertainty in real-world data.
• Develop practical data science workflows using Python and SQL within Snowflake.
• Translate complex data analysis into actionable business decisions for Growth, Sales, and Marketing teams.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in data science, applied statistics, growth analytics, or machine learning.
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Proven track record of building practical models that influence business decisions.
• Deep understanding of statistical reasoning and experimentation.
• Must be based in Europe (the company is unable to offer sponsorship).
• Ability to operate autonomously within a fast-paced scale-up environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in Marketplace, B2B, SMB, logistics, fintech, or e-commerce.
• Expertise in lead scoring, propensity modeling, LTV modeling, or segmentation.
• Experience with Snowflake, dbt, HubSpot, or Salesforce.
• Experience partnering with Revenue Operations, Sales, or Product teams.
