Location: Remote (global), with an option to work from the Vilnius/Kaunas office for up to two days a week.

Salary: €3000–€4100 gross/month

What you will do

• Lead and mentor the Web Content team, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
• Collaborate with marketing, localization, design, and engineering teams to lay groundwork for high-quality web pages.
• Set the strategic direction to elevate UX and quality of CMS pages.
• Establish operational standards, including rigorous review processes and recurring design review meetings.
• Own the long-term vision and technical health of the CMS, building and maintaining a clear roadmap.
• Ensure timely delivery of new landing pages, balancing speed with excellence, and clarify stakeholder requirements.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading and motivating teams.
• Experience working with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) and understanding of modular page builders.
• Strong background in UX principles and design thinking.
• Exceptional communication skills to negotiate scope and manage competing priorities.
• Experience managing multi-language web projects and understanding content publishing complexities.
• Track record of creating or improving operational workflows for efficiency and quality.
• Solid understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS) and basic SEO knowledge.
