Salary: $178,000 - $228,000 CAD per year.

What you will do

• Lead and inspire a distributed team of Technical Program Managers (TPM) working across several parts of the business, with a goal of driving alignment amongst key stakeholders.
• Work closely with leads and partners in Product, Engineering, Design, Infrastructure, Operations and Analytics to map out strategies and roadmaps, and ensure alignment with company wide goals.
• Develop the OKRs, priorities and operational models and work alongside the team to reach them.
• Establish and execute robust prioritization of programs across the Product and Engineering plans.
• Drive employee engagement and a high-performance culture within the team.
• Proactively identify and drive resolution of dependencies, evaluate risks, and communicate status to upper management and program stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3-5 years of experience managing technical program management teams.
• 7+ years of experience program managing technical implementations.
• Committed to building inclusive teams and team culture, with outstanding business judgment, and excellent project management, problem solving, and analysis skills.
• Organized and strategic approach to collaborating across multi-disciplinary teams.
• Clear and compelling written and verbal communication.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in FinTech, Payments or Commerce is a plus.
