What you will do
- Shape hirify.global’s strategic planning process, define company-wide priorities, and articulate the vision (Equity Story).
- Provide strategic recommendations to key teams by analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitive position.
- Drive a variety of cross-team strategic initiatives, including new product launches, pricing, GTM strategies, and operations optimizations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a top-tier consulting firm or as a strategic project manager in a startup or company.
- Curious, insight-driven, and an analytical thinker with strong quantitative & financial project skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to structure, synthesize, and present insights clearly.
- Highly organized in project & stakeholder management, able to lead cross-team initiatives and drive execution.
- Fluent English is required.
- Industry knowledge: Experience in banking or financial services is a strong plus.

- French, Italian, German, or Spanish language skills.
