What you will do
- Lead the development and growth of the production team in collaboration with the Executive Producer.
- Cooperate with leadership and cross-functional teams to align with vision and goals.
- Form and nurture cohesive, high-performing, and self-organizing teams.
- Oversee and enhance production processes including planning, scoping, scheduling, and roadmaps for optimal efficiency.
- Identify and address bottlenecks, fostering incremental delivery and frequent integration.
- Lead team growth through coaching and mentoring, fostering continuous learning.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience as a Producer in game development, with a track record of leading successful projects and managing producers.
- Experience in the development and shipping of AAA titles.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively across game development teams.
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams, preferably in an Agile environment.
- Deep understanding of technical limitations and pipelines in game development, including engineering best practices like test-driven development, continuous integration, and DevOps.
- Deep knowledge of Jira and Confluence.
