Salary: $138,400 - $211,700 USD (California) or $111,600 - $152,800 CAD (British Columbia)

What you will do

• Lead a team of Game Managers to ensure timely and high-quality live game updates.
• Oversee live service setups using internal tools, including engagement setups and implementation of mixes, modes, rewards, and assets.
• Collaborate with the global development team, including teammates in Europe, to ensure effective game setup and implementation.
• Build and execute live operations strategy to maximize player engagement, retention, and monetization.
• Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights for ongoing improvements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of release management and/or live operations experience.
• Experience on a console/PC environment is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with JIRA and Agile/SCRUM-style development.
