Senior Producer, Audio

TL;DR

Senior Producer, Audio (GameDev): Managing and delivering all aspects of audio content for an AAA action-adventure game with an accent on schedule creation, external partner oversight, and budget management. Location: Remote (U.S. only) or onsite in Los Angeles. The estimated base pay range for this role is U.S. only and not applicable for locations outside of the U.S.

Salary: $130,000 - $170,000

What you will do

• Deliver all audio and dialogue content in the game on time, at quality, and on budget, in collaboration with the Audio Director.
• Create and maintain the schedule and task tracking for dialogue, audio effects, music, and orchestration through to game integration.
• Oversee external partners, book sessions, manage relationships, and assist in vendor selection.
• Manage and report on external audio budgets.
• Drive decision-making and connect departments to eliminate roadblocks and ensure efficient team workflow.
• Manage field, set, and studio audio recording sessions of varying complexity.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience as a Producer, with at least 2 years of direct Audio production experience.
• Proficiency with Jira and Perforce.
• Experience with modern game audio pipelines, including Wwise and Unreal Engine; familiarity with Gridly is a plus.
• Experience with field recording of all varieties.
• Strong time management, interpersonal, and written communication skills with high emotional intelligence.
• Adaptive managerial skills and high attention to detail.
