What you will do

• Lead and manage production efforts for multiple initiatives to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Oversee initiative timelines, budgets, and resources for game development.
• Ensure alignment between creative vision and technical execution.
• Collaborate with studio leadership, creative leads, and external partners.
• Facilitate communication and resolve roadblocks to maintain a productive workflow.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of industry experience in game production.
• Leadership contributions as a Senior Producer on multiple titles or Executive Producer on at least one AAA title.
• In-depth knowledge of project planning and task monitoring against schedules.
• Excellent organizational & prioritization skills, attention to detail, and process knowledge.
• Highly developed leadership skills for challenging projects.
• Experience with JIRA, MS Project, MS Office (Excel), Smart Sheet, Miro, Trello, and bug tracking databases.
• Deep understanding of traditional production management techniques.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills across various teams and executive management.
• Must be based on location in the LA studio.
