Location: Our ranges are based on California market rate regardless of work location in the US.

Salary: $200,000 - $215,000

What you will do

• Foster strong communication channels to ensure the consistent and timely exchange of information and materials.
• Drive the timely delivery of builds throughout the production schedule.
• Own the schedule for the game, coordinating across the internal team and external partners.
• Evaluate priorities, scope, staffing, and resources, and thoughtfully adjust business strategies.
• Establish roadmaps for product and franchise, considering the game's launch and post-launch services and events.
• Mitigate risks and take ownership of unforeseen events.

Requirements

• Experience driving products remotely.
• Proven ability to lead teams that ship.
• Deep knowledge of production best practices.
• 5+ years of experience as a Project Lead or above.
• Experience with monitoring the product and informing necessary changes.
• Strong communication and writing skills.

Nice to have

• Experience working on live service games and/or online multiplayer game development.
• Experience using metrics and KPIs to set production success goals.
• Experience working with development teams using Unreal 5.X.
• Active Gamer with a general love of games and proficiency with multiplayer first/third-person shooters.
