What you will do

• Collaborate with a diverse, fast-moving team to launch products and marketing campaigns in record time.
• Partner directly with developers to ensure designs are implemented effectively and function flawlessly in real-world scenarios.
• Conduct hands-on user research to deeply understand customer needs, contexts, and pain points.
• Contribute to various design disciplines, including UX, UI, graphic design, and illustration.
• Iterate on designs based on direct user feedback to improve usability, accessibility, and satisfaction.

Requirements

• Must be able to work on-site in London.
• 1+ years of experience in a generalist design role covering UX/UI, product, and graphic design.
• Strong proficiency in design tools like Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Proven ability to operate in a high-autonomy, fast-paced environment without structured briefs.
• Solid understanding of design systems, behavioral science, and marketing principles.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a clear bias for action and a collaborative, ego-free attitude.

Nice to have

• Experience with motion graphics and animation tools such as After Effects or SVGator.
• Background in agency or startup environments.
