What you will do

• Engineer and launch custom, high-performance client websites powered by the RubyLaw CMS.
• Build on a modern JavaScript-based stack including React, Redux, Node.js with Express, Elasticsearch, PostgreSQL, and Couchbase.
• Ensure the integrity of digital content and generate marketing documents for proposals and presentations.
• Collaborate effectively with designers and other engineers to create exceptional digital experiences.

Requirements

• Experience: 2+ years of professional full-stack web development experience.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Node.js, and React.
• Deep understanding of modern JavaScript, Redux, and component-based styling methodologies (Sass/SCSS).
• Ability to translate high-end designs into performant, high-quality, pixel-perfect code.
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and their relation to user experience implementation.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with design tools like Figma, Zeplin, or Sketch.
• Ability to leverage AI tools like Cursor and Claude Code for enhanced coding efficiency.
• Knowledge of DevOps tools such as Ansible, Kubernetes, and Rundeck.
