What you will do

• Engineer custom, high-performance websites for leading law firms.
• Build and launch client sites powered by the flagship RubyLaw CMS.
• Leverage React, Node.js, and modern JavaScript to create exceptional digital experiences.
• Translate high-end designs into performant, high-quality, pixel-perfect code.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional full-stack web development experience.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Node.js, and React.
• Ability to translate high-end designs into performant, high-quality code.
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and how tasks relate to user experience.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with designers and other engineers.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with design tools like Figma, Zeplin, or Sketch.
• Ability to leverage AI tools like Cursor and Claude Code for enhanced coding efficiency.
• Knowledge of DevOps tools such as Ansible, Kubernetes, and Rundeck.
