What you will do
- Respond to user inquiries and provide technical assistance.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes (access, devices, accounts).
- Provide ad-hoc support for meeting rooms.
- Prioritize and resolve IT concerns, escalating serious issues to stakeholders.
- Document systems, procedures, processes, and maintain IT equipment inventory.
Requirements
- Strong proven track record as an IT user Support Specialist or comparable role.
- Experience in providing 1st and 2nd level support.
- Experience with various Microsoft Windows client and server operating systems.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 products (Office365, SharePoint, Teams, Exchange Online).
- Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
- Knowledge of ITIL Incident Management best practices.
