TL;DR

What you will do
- Support the initial set-up of users and customer sites.
- Troubleshoot errors and issues related to client onboarding (Entra ID security permissions, SharePoint site configuration).
- Act as an internal escalation point for 1st Line Support regarding Microsoft 365 tenancy challenges.
- Provide advice to clients relating to Microsoft 365 tenancy set-ups and best practices.
- Assist with client data import into SharePoint and execute scripts for bulk changes.
- Create and maintain an up-to-date knowledge base and client-specific documentation.
Requirements
- Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint site configurations and general security permission administration.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID tenant configuration and Identity and Access Management.
- Proficient in PowerShell and other scripting languages to automate tasks.
- Proven ability to deliver under pressure in a fast-paced SME environment.
- Strong written communication skills, able to author client-facing documents, and ability to lead meetings.
