What you will do
- Work with two R&D teams on the AEOS access control system for further development.
- Actively gather market insights and translate them into clear product choices and priorities.
- Fulfill a leadership role within the team, encouraging collaboration and ownership.
- Monitor consistency, progress, and alignment with user needs during development.
- Proactively manage diverse stakeholders to translate product strategy into a roadmap and initiatives.
- Prioritize and manage the backlog based on data, stakeholder input, and business value.
- Ensure the product remains maintainable, supportable, secure, and reliable throughout its lifecycle.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as a Product Owner/Project Lead in a similar environment.
- Team Lead experience in substantively managing and coaching professionals within a multidisciplinary team.
- Technical affinity for or knowledge of technology/software development.
- Good command of the English language.
- Ability to make clear choices amid complexity and justify decisions.
- Possess communication and social skills to encourage a feedback culture and safe environment.
Nice to have
- Proficiency in Dutch.
- Knowledge of Jira.
- PSPO certificates.
