Product Owner Onboarding & Internal Tools (Fintech): Driving and evolving the user onboarding journey and internal operational platforms with an accent on KYC, identity verification, and regulatory checks. Focus on optimizing conversion, reducing friction, and ensuring compliance and efficiency of internal systems.

Location: Hybrid (1-2 days at the office in Amsterdam, Netherlands). The possibility to work from abroad for 1 month every 12 months.

What you will do

• Define and drive the strategy and roadmap for onboarding flows and internal operational tools.
• Own the end-to-end onboarding experience, including KYC, verification, and funnel optimisation.
• Lead the development of internal platforms for Customer Support, Operations, and Customer Due Diligence teams.
• Partner with Compliance and Operations to ensure system compliance and auditability.
• Monitor performance and proactively drive improvements in conversion, speed, and accuracy.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager/Product Owner for consumer-facing or internal operational products.
• Strong understanding of user onboarding and KYC/AML processes.
• Structured, analytical mindset, balancing user conversion with internal efficiency.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Must be based in Amsterdam or willing to work hybrid in Amsterdam.
