What you will do

• Guide the strategy and roadmap for the Crew Scheduling Software product.
• Define and prioritize features to enhance crew management, planning, and communication.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and sales teams to deliver high-quality product iterations.
• Gather and analyze user feedback to identify pain points and opportunities for product improvement.
• Ensure seamless integration of the Crew product with other hirify.global platform modules.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably with SaaS or scheduling software.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into clear product requirements.
• English: B2 required
