What you will do

• Lead hirify.global’s Global Internal Audit Analytics, Digital and Investigations practice.
• Enable global loss-prevention detection and mitigation using analytics and automation.
• Collaborate with business partners to develop and lead the company’s Loss Prevention Strategy.
• Conduct or manage high-risk, business-sensitive investigations related to loss prevention.
• Deploy business intelligence tools, big-data management, automation, and AI to analyze processes and identify deviations.
• Manage a culturally diverse global team, focusing on talent and capability development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, IT or similar.
• Strong technical skills to effectively manage & analyze data (Data mining, business intelligence, automation, AI).
• Proven track record in data analysis, business intelligence, and AI applications.
• Understanding of and experience in Retail and/or F&B business.
• Knowledge of police, legal, and fraud procedures/methodology in some countries, fraud investigations.
• Excel proficiency and programming knowledge.
• English: B2+ required.
