What you will do

• Own Equity Story & Investor Relations: Refine the financial narrative for top-tier investors and manage GP relationships and roadshows.
• Master Financial Reporting: Own monthly/quarterly investor reporting and provide strategic insights and business updates.
• Act as a Corporate "Swiss Army Knife": Partner with leadership on business plans and ad-hoc strategic projects.
• Prepare for the Next Stage: Implement listed-company standards and reporting for future financing.

Requirements

• Experience: 8-10 years in Investment Banking (ECM) or strategic Finance/IR in large fintechs/banks.
• Expertise: Financial modeling, equity stories, complex instruments (Equity, Debt).
• Communication: Present to senior stakeholders and simplify data into narratives.
• Mindset: Business-oriented, autonomous, strategic yet hands-on.
• Languages: Fluent English. French, German, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, or Dutch is a plus.
