What you will do

• Verify and process client payments in accordance with internal processes and SLAs.
• Help clients resolve questions or issues regarding their transactions and payments via email, phone, and chat.
• Take responsibility for assigned operational tasks and demonstrate end-to-end ownership.
• Create and manually enrich transaction reporting files.
• Reconcile client funds, FX settlements, and internal cash movements across bank accounts.
• Investigate unallocated funds and confirm payment statuses using banking and payment platforms, including SWIFT GPI.
