What you will do

• Monitor client balances and credit conditions.
• Manage daily incoming and outgoing payments, adhering to strict cut-off times.
• Reconcile inbound and outbound payments and investigate payment issues.
• Cover foreign exchange positions and manage internal balances including daily cash sweeps.
• Support internal teams in resolving client account discrepancies and prepare regular reports.
• Communicate task status, escalate problems, and adhere to internal policies, processes and procedures.

Requirements

• Proactive, highly organised, and diligent with excellent attention to detail.
• Effective critical thinking skills, with the ability to find solutions independently.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Co-operative and comfortable working in a team environment.
• Curious, engaged, and adaptable to changing products, processes, and procedures.
• Fluency in English required.
