Location: Hybrid in Amsterdam, Istanbul, or Sofia (after 3 months in-office, 2 days remote, 3 days in-office weekly)

What you will do

• Own the product vision and roadmap for hirify.global's savings products.
• Lead the evolution of core savings products by simplifying UX and adapting to macro-economic landscapes.
• Drive the design and launch of innovative new savings products to increase user engagement and deposits.
• Own the product strategy and roadmap for international expansion of savings offerings.

Requirements

• Proven experience in product management, leading product lifecycle from research to launch.
• Deep understanding of UX principles and a user-obsessed mindset, simplifying complex financial products.
• Strong experience in complex data analysis and statistics, translating insights into product strategies.
• Solid foundation in basic economics, understanding and reacting to macro-economic trends.
• Excellent English communication and stakeholder management skills.
