What you will do

• Manage product backlogs, define requirements, and ensure agreement on business goals for Trusso and Feature Builder.
• Collaborate with global technology and regional product teams to build and launch Analytics capabilities.
• Share and align product roadmaps and track product launches using the PI Planning process.
• Gather input from stakeholders and end-users to define clear product requirements.
• Improve product development processes, documentation standards, and team collaboration.
• Establish KPIs to measure product success

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in product management in data, analytics, or platform-focused environments (preferably).
• University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Business, or a related field.
• Knowledge of model development workflows and data science tools.
• Experience working with globally distributed teams and managing cross-timezone collaboration.
• Stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product development best practices.
