TL;DR

Salary: Expected combined cash compensation of $500,000 for meeting targets, with potential for significantly more.

What you will do

  • Manage C-suite relationships through the full client lifecycle, including pitching, strategy, and demonstrating results.
  • Educate clients and prospects on how hirify.global’s platform can achieve their business objectives.
  • Leverage your expertise to connect hirify.global’s value proposition to clients' C-suite challenges.
  • Monitor news and regulatory filings to create timely value for clients.
  • Serve as an expert on-call, providing senior strategic counsel to Fortune 500 corporate affairs teams.
  • Coordinate internal and external resources to exceed client expectations and maximize success.

Requirements

  • Significant and deep experience as a primary point person counseling C-level executives on high-stakes challenges.
  • Proven ability to sell and persuade senior, skeptical stakeholders.
  • Experience in fast-paced, demanding environments such as government, political campaigns, law, management consulting, or financial services firms.
  • Deep understanding of C-suite stakeholder communications challenges faced by Fortune 500 companies.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of “extreme ownership” and intellectual curiosity.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills tailored for C-level audiences.
  • Hybrid role: Must work from hirify.global’s New York City office Tuesday through Thursday.
  • Candidates must be located in or willing to relocate to the NYC area.
