What you will do
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for the APAC region, focusing on video game localization, QA, and voice over services.
- Identify and close new business opportunities with studios and publishers.
- Tailor client proposals, presentations, and manage contract negotiations.
- Maintain and strategically grow relationships with existing client accounts.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders for smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
- Represent hirify.global at key industry events in the region and globally.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years’ experience in B2B sales, business development, or client partnerships, preferably within game localization or QA.
- Strong knowledge of the APAC gaming market and an existing industry network.
- Proven experience managing sales pipelines, CRM systems, and delivering against targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in English (C1+); proficiency in Korean, Japanese, or Mandarin is a strong plus.
- Highly self-motivated, adaptable to remote work, and confident operating across time zones.
