What you will do
- Develop growth strategies and plans.
- Manage and retain relationships with existing clients.
- Investigate potential B2B Clients and develop long-term trusted relationships with them.
- Negotiate and conclude contracts, controlling billing processes.
- Manage existing sales methods and develop new business solutions.
- Actively cooperate with recruiters and the business developers team.
Requirements
- English: C1 or C2 + knowledge of Ukrainian and/or Russian.
- At least 2 years' experience in B2B sales in IT outsource.
- Strong knowledge in CRM systems.
- Strong business communication skills (verbal, written, presentations).
- Time management and planning skills.
- Ability to think creatively and drive innovative ideas to the BizDev team.

- IT market knowledge (technologies, competitors).
