What you will do

• Support market research, supplier sourcing, and coordination for marketing and field events.
• Assist in the planning and execution of events, including logistics, guest lists, and on-site coordination.
• Help ensure events comply with legal, security, and operational requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Sales, Communications) to promote events.
• Proactively support issue resolution before and during events.
• Assist with post-event analysis, feedback collection, and implementing improvements.

Requirements

• Fluent in English and German proficiency is required.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Comfortable working with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Previous experience in marketing or events is a plus, but not required.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-growing environment.
