What you will do

• Help plan and execute hosted and sponsored events.
• Coordinate logistics and manage vendors.
• Support on-site execution and track follow-up tasks.
• Assist with email campaigns, social media posts, and marketing materials.
• Create and update event collateral, presentations, and promotional content.
• Take ownership of smaller marketing projects and improve how the team works.

Requirements

• Experience connecting events to revenue goals, lead generation, and brand building.
• Strong skills in contracts, vendor management, budgets, and logistics.
• Ability to design agendas and market events.
• Clear communication and negotiation skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Willingness to travel for site visits and event management.
