Location: Must have and maintain the right to work in the United Kingdom from the first day of employment. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role. Based in Edinburgh, UK, with a flexible workforce model.

What you will do

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product owners, designers, and GTM teams to deliver client solutions.
• Conceive, develop, and deliver novel solutions within a complex financial domain.
• Build within the Navigator application and across hirify.global's product ecosystem, bridging shared client concerns.

Requirements

• Extensive professional software engineering experience building web applications.
• Proficient in Python and its common libraries, including Django or other web frameworks.
• Proficient in HTTP, REST, and web API best practices.
• Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms and Infrastructure as Code (preferably Terraform).
• Experience with SQL, NoSQL, OLAP, and/or data lake architectures.
• Experience with AI agentic coding.

Nice to have

• Experience with Java backends.
• Knowledge of frontend technologies.
