What you will do

• Collaborate multi-functionally with product owners, designers, GTM teams, program managers, and other Engineering team members to deliver for clients.
• Conceive, develop, and deliver novel solutions within a sophisticated and rich financial domain area.
• Build within the primary Navigator application and in other parts of hirify.global's product ecosystem.
• Bridge shared concerns for clients across multiple product areas, with an investor-focused viewpoint.

Requirements

• Previous professional software engineering experience building web applications.
• Proficient in Python and common Python libraries, including Django or other Python web frameworks.
• Experience with relational databases (MySQL, Postgres, SQL Server).
• Experience with React, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, and CSS.
• Familiar with HTTP, REST, and web API best practices.
• A rapid learner with robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Must have and maintain the right to work in the United Kingdom from the first day of employment.

Nice to have

• Experience with Java backends.
• Experience with AI agentic coding.
