What you will do
- Lead end-to-end delivery of production services across various channels, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Serve as the central point of contact across departments, coordinating with internal and partner agencies (e.g., for SEO).
- Triage all incoming briefs and manage capacity across on and offshore teams.
- Actively manage project scope, timelines, identifying and resolving issues proactively.
- Ensure clear communication of project goals, expectations, and deliverables to all stakeholders.
- Contribute to high-profile, multi-channel creative campaigns for a prestigious luxury automotive brand.
Requirements
- Experience managing a range of online projects from initial brief through to final delivery.
- Ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships at all levels, effectively managing and communicating with multiple stakeholders, including clients.
- Hold a solid understanding of website terminology and digital project requirements.
- Utilise established project management methodologies and platforms to support efficient and consistent delivery.
- Work confidently with ticketing and workflow systems, such as Jira.
