What you will do

• Own the product roadmap and manage features from ideation to delivery, ensuring high-quality, timely execution.
• Partner with key stakeholders such as Application and Information Security, Legal, and Partner Integrations to uncover value opportunities.
• Prioritize and execute the most impactful features that align with customer needs, business goals, and security standards.
• Lead and influence cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Design, Sales, and Marketing for seamless product development and launch.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy.
• Define and track key metrics for product success, ensuring continuous product improvements.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Product Management, with a proven track record in building and launching authentication, identity lifecycle management, or CIAM products.
• Prior experience working on cloud-based SaaS or PaaS software.
• Applied knowledge of identity protocols such as SAML, OIDC, identity federation, SCIM, FIDO2, and WebAuthN.
• At least 5 years of experience working with agile methodology to drive product development and delivery.
• Exceptional ability to execute product roadmaps, balancing strategic vision with tactical delivery.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to evangelize product vision and strategy to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
