What you will do

  • Lead a portfolio of strategic HR tech initiatives across internal tools, third-party solutions, AI capabilities, and integrations.
  • Evaluate and implement new technologies, making key buy vs. build decisions.
  • Own the full product lifecycle from vision and prioritization through launch, adoption, and iteration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design solutions that deliver both business outcomes and outstanding user experiences.
  • Influence vendors and internal stakeholders to align on priorities, shape roadmaps, and accelerate delivery.
  • Apply emerging AI capabilities to modernize and simplify workflows across the HR ecosystem.
  • Run Agile ceremonies, manage project timelines, and track progress toward clearly defined outcomes.
  • Define metrics to measure success and guide continuous improvement across the HR Tech stack.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional technology initiatives with measurable impact.
  • Strong track record of making buy vs. build decisions and driving them to successful outcomes.
  • Experience working across multiple HR domains and integrating tools into productivity platforms like Slack or Google Workspace.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive AI-forward initiatives, from exploration to implementation.
  • Confidence influencing senior leadership, vendors, and cross-functional teams to align around high-impact solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira and Confluence.
  • Familiarity with technologies like AI/ML, APIs, and cloud infrastructure.
  • A strong sense of ownership, curiosity, and passion for applying technology to improve how people work.
