What you will do

• Define and operationalize enterprise KPIs with senior stakeholders.
• Architect scalable Power BI dashboards and data models.
• Create global data standards, templates, and governance frameworks.
• Lead data mapping, migration, and integration across non-standardized systems.
• Architect automated ETL workflows for near real-time insights.
• Lead and mentor analysts, building a culture of excellence and driving self-service BI adoption.

Requirements

• 8+ years of global BI leadership experience in data analytics, BI architecture, or data engineering.
• Expert proficiency in Power BI, Power Query, DAX, and Excel.
• Advanced SQL skills and deep experience with data modeling and ETL design.
• Proven success integrating fragmented or unstructured data in global environments.
• Experience leading technical teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Strong commitment to data quality, accuracy, documentation, and driving adoption of new tools.
