What you will do
- Own expansion data roadmap and conduct deep-dive analyses to surface risks and opportunities.
- Build and maintain renewal & expansion forecasts, BOQ coverage calculations, and pipeline health views.
- Own KPIs and dashboards for expansion, communicating findings and recommendations to leaders.
- Run planning cycles and operational cadences (QBRs, pipeline councils), producing concise executive packs.
- Translate strategy into operational rules and collaborate with RevOps to implement them.
- Define account signals and selling qualification criteria (e.g., MEDDPICC).
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience in Strategy, Sales Ops or RevOps at a SaaS company, with a focus on expansion or account growth.
- Advanced analytical skills including Excel/Sheets, BI tools (Tableau, Looker or Power BI), and hands-on SQL.
- Deep understanding of customer lifecycles, upsell motions, and GTM levers.
- Exceptional communication skills at synthesising complex analysis into concise executive narratives and clear recommendations.
- Proven experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders (Sales, CS, RevOps, Finance, Marketing).
- Experience with Salesforce and Clari.
