What you will do

• Own day-to-day operations and strategy for global paid search, paid social (LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube), programmatic display, and content syndication, managing significant budgets with ROI accountability.
• Build scalable systems including operating processes, automation for bidding/budgeting/anomalies, and a living playbook to reduce manual work and agency reliance.
• Leverage AI tools daily for copy generation, audience insights, analysis, research, and workflows to accelerate optimizations.
• Drive pipeline by segment/geography, align with field marketing/SDRs, own attribution and funnel metrics, and run structured experiments.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years B2B SaaS paid media experience with direct ownership of paid search and paid social at fast-growing company.
• Proven track record generating qualified pipeline (not just leads) from paid channels.
• Systems thinking: built scalable processes that run autonomously.
• Hands-on fluency with AI tools in marketing (daily use).
• Strong analytics: build/interpret own reports.
• Managed $1M+ budgets with performance accountability.
• Excellent communication for executive reporting.
