What you will do

• Be accountable for service delivery to a portfolio of strategic accounts.
• Negotiate SaaS deals on behalf of customers.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, account management, and sales teams.
• Act as the primary buy-side contact, ensuring commercial objectives are met.
• Develop software commercial category strategies with customers.
• Work with C-suite and senior stakeholders to understand requirements, purchase objectives, and technology strategy.

Requirements

• Clear, confident, and compelling communicator in writing, conversation, and with C-suite stakeholders.
• Ability to provide strategic insight to customers, understanding their challenges, pain points, and opportunities.
• Real negotiation expertise with an in-depth knowledge of available levers and strategies for SaaS vendors.
• Creative thinker that challenges customers and suppliers to reach desired outcomes.
• Expert in the project management of commercial processes, managing stakeholder expectations and timelines.
• Commercial experience in indirect procurement, strategic sourcing, or procurement consulting.
• Category experience in technology (SaaS) is highly preferred.
