Paid Media Lead

What you will do

• Plan, launch, track, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
• Build audiences, buyer personas, and full-funnel journeys (TOFU/MOFU/BOFU).
• Monitor performance, manage KPIs, dashboards, and reporting (GA4, Looker/Data Studio).
• Create and localize ad copy (text, display, video) in collaboration with design teams.
• Manage budgets, UTMs, and campaign tracking to ensure efficiency and ROI.
• Own end-to-end paid media strategy for EMEA, ensuring alignment with regional business goals and global marketing priorities.

Requirements

• 3–5 years’ experience in paid media or digital marketing (B2B preferred).
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, analytics, and KPI management.
• Experience with GA4, dashboards, Excel, and marketing automation.
• Fluent professional English and Spanish (Portuguese bonus)

Nice to have

• Account-Based Marketing (ABM) experience
• SEO and keyword research tools (SEMrush, Similarweb, etc.)
• Budget ownership, agency management, creative skills
