What you will do

• Manage the sourcing, negotiation, and contracting process for indirect categories like Marketing, People team services, Facilities, SaaS/IT subscriptions, and Security.
• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage contracts, NDAs, MSAs, and SOWs with legal support.
• Monitor and track contract renewals, ensuring timely renegotiations and alignment with business needs.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to define requirements, evaluate suppliers, and align purchasing with business priorities.
• Conduct cost analysis and benchmarking to identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
• Ensure all procurement activities adhere to company policies and collaborate with Legal, Finance, and Security to mitigate risks.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or contract management, preferably in indirect categories.
• Strong knowledge of SaaS/software procurement, marketing services, HR/People services, facilities, and security contracts.
• Proven negotiation skills and ability to balance cost, quality, and risk considerations.
• Familiarity with contract law and experience working with Legal teams on commercial agreements.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across functions.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
