TL;DR
Manager, Solution Engineering (SaaS): Supporting the sales team with discovery calls and post-demo activities to positively impact sales cycles with an accent on coaching and team development. Focus on maintaining up-to-date knowledge of new features and bugs, and mentoring the team to exceed expectations.
Location: Hybrid with the option to work at home, in the office, or a mix of both. Collaborating with the team in person a few times a month.
Salary: $115,000 - $120,000 plus OTC

What you will do
- Stay up-to-date on new features, bugs, and configuration approaches from product, apps, and professional services.
- Craft demo scripts, build demo data, and demo environments to convey the value to prospects.
- Articulate responses to customer questions and RFP functional requirements.
- Present hirify.global products and services over the phone or in-person.
- Maintain an up-to-date set of development goals for each team member.
- Mentor and coach the team in the achievement of KR’s.
Requirements
- University or College Degree (or equivalent).
- Experience in the technology field is preferred.
- Practical experience in fields that our product support is an asset.
- Leadership acumen with the ability of motivate teams.
