What you will do
- Serve as the agency expert in audio and publishing media channels.
- Curate robust media strategies for client portfolios to drive commercial growth and deliver PRF/guarantees.
- Lead and manage a team (AD, AM, AE), ensuring their development and clear progression roadmaps.
- Manage client relationships at a senior level, acting as a key point person for issues and proposals.
- Ensure campaign management, performance, and commercial targets (PRF, buying metrics) are met.
- Participate in new business pitches and present compelling media stories.
Requirements
- Strong working relationship building with clients and internal teams.
- Thorough commercial understanding of client business and technical expertise in media.
- Excellent strategic planning capabilities with operational understanding of tools and products.
- Experience in managing and developing teams across various levels.
- Ability to manage and prioritize issues and proposals effectively.
- Right to work in the UK is required.
