What you will do

  • Serve as the agency expert in audio and publishing media channels.
  • Curate robust media strategies for client portfolios to drive commercial growth and deliver PRF/guarantees.
  • Lead and manage a team (AD, AM, AE), ensuring their development and clear progression roadmaps.
  • Manage client relationships at a senior level, acting as a key point person for issues and proposals.
  • Ensure campaign management, performance, and commercial targets (PRF, buying metrics) are met.
  • Participate in new business pitches and present compelling media stories.

Requirements

  • Strong working relationship building with clients and internal teams.
  • Thorough commercial understanding of client business and technical expertise in media.
  • Excellent strategic planning capabilities with operational understanding of tools and products.
  • Experience in managing and developing teams across various levels.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize issues and proposals effectively.
  • Right to work in the UK is required.
