What you will do

• Proactively track and monitor ongoing campaigns, engaging with teams for accurate information.
• Develop internal communications (newsletters, videowall, corporate emails) and external communications (LinkedIn, press releases, articles).
• Monitor company news and employee-related updates to propose initiatives fostering inter-departmental collaboration.
• Manage employee interview processes, including script development, directing filmmakers, and overseeing post-production.
• Execute and project manage diverse internal and external events, ensuring precise information flow and flawless execution.
• Cultivate relationships with other agencies within the group for comprehensive communication coverage.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
• Available for full-time employment.
• Minimum C1 level of English, both written and spoken.
• Outstanding written communication and editorial skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Proven project management abilities, including effective team coordination.
• High degree of initiative, a dynamic approach, and eagerness to learn and adapt quickly.

Nice to have

• Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere).
