Location: Remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office in Livingston, NJ, New York, NY, Sunnyvale, CA, or Bellevue, WA. New hires will be invited to attend onboarding at one of our US hubs within their first month. Must meet U.S. Government export regulations (U.S. person: citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee).

Salary: $188,000–$275,000

What you will do

• Architect, design, and operate hirify.global’s Enterprise/Corporate Network.
• Lead the design and operational excellence of the network infrastructure.
• Build automation and configuration management systems for scalability.
• Develop monitoring and observability solutions to optimize network performance.
• Establish best practices for network deployment across on-premises and cloud.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience in network engineering with ownership of large-scale environments.
• Demonstrated experience designing and operating corporate/enterprise networks across offices, data centers, and cloud platforms.
• Strong expertise in network automation (Ansible, Python, Go, Bash) and Infrastructure as Code.
• Deep operational knowledge of DHCP, DNS, IPAM, and expert understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VLANs, VXLAN, NAT, VPNs, firewalling).
• Experience designing/operating cloud networking constructs and troubleshooting complex network issues (Layers 2–7).
• Must meet U.S. Government export regulations (U.S. person: citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee).

Nice to have

• Expert level certifications in enterprise security/networking (e.g., CCIE, JNCIE-ENT, JNCIE-SEC, CISSP).
• Familiarity with SD-WAN, Zero-Trust, and Modern Campus Network Architectures.
• Experience with SSE/ZTNA solutions (Netskope, Zscaler, Cloudflare, Cisco Secure Access).
