Salary: $130,000–$150,000

What you will do

• Manage project scope, schedule, and costs, and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate initiatives of multiple matrixed teams and external clients.
• Define project roles and responsibilities and mitigate project risk impacts.
• Gather detailed customer requirements and establish project deliverables.
• Improve team performance by leading, mentoring, training, and building team cohesiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
• Seven plus years of Project Management experience (CAPM, PMP, or similar designation preferred).
• 10+ years of total technology experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects using a variety of methodologies (Waterfall, Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
• Participation in the full software development life cycle.
• Knowledge of project management tools such as Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, SharePoint, and Jira.
• Experience with third-party system support with preference given to insurance/financial services platforms.
• English: B2 required.

Nice to have

• 4-6 years in an Agile environment.
• PMI-ACP, CSM or equivalent.
• Knowledge of annuities and life products.
