What you will do

• Deliver and lead the growth of the flagship vodcast format.
• Make confident editorial decisions based on channel ambitions and audience analytics.
• Assist the Commissioning Editor with strategic planning and creative direction.
• Cast and book talent, producing shooting briefs and scripts for various digital formats.
• Manage talent on set and lead recordings with confidence.
• Collaborate with Commercial Project Management to integrate sponsorships seamlessly.
• Lead junior colleagues to ensure successful delivery of their formats and social assets.

Requirements

• Podcast & Culture Savvy: Understanding how podcasts work editorially and commercially, with a genuine feel for women’s lifestyle content, internet culture, and audience conversations.
• Digital Native: Deeply immersed in the digital media landscape, with an intuitive understanding of what drives traffic online, especially on YouTube.
• Strategically Minded: Knows what it takes to deliver outstanding digital content and how to grow communities and channels around it.
• News Savvy: Solid understanding of journalistic practices, latest news, and lifestyle coverage trends.
• Data-Driven & Results-Oriented: Uses analytics and performance insights to shape editorial decisions and optimize content.
• Team Management: Experience managing teams, including producers and editors, to deliver great episodes.
• Leadership & Collaboration: Natural collaborator with excellent project management skills.
