What you will do

• Deliver high-quality edits for social platforms including TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube, and Pinterest, often repurposing content.
• Convert raw footage into polished, dynamic videos with a focus on high-retention pacing, hooks, and transitions.
• Add captions, voice-overs, and audio to video assets.
• Create cutdowns and highlights from existing long-form master files.
• Ensure all exports meet platform-specific requirements for safe text zones, resolution, aspect ratios, and algorithm-friendly pacing.
• Systematically manage multiple concurrent assets, integrating feedback and implementing notes to meet tight delivery deadlines.

Requirements

• Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (own license required).
• Ensure precise and consistent execution of text positioning, music placement, sound levels, and overall professionalism.
• Ability to work quickly within a high-volume, fast-paced environment, turning feedback around within 24 hours and delivering 6-10 base assets per day.
• Practice strong file organization and upload working files regularly to a shared drive.
• Written and verbal proficiency in English.
