What you will do

• Analyze performance data, trends, and develop YouTube content schedules for various brands.
• Edit, adapt, and optimize video content for YouTube and social platforms, focusing on strong hooks, pacing, and storytelling.
• Create motion graphics, transitions, and on-screen elements that enhance storytelling and maintain brand consistency.
• Repurpose and edit content into various durations and formats tailored to each platform’s audience and algorithm.
• Optimize content for publishing by writing metadata, titles, and descriptions that boost discoverability and engagement.
• Collaborate with creative, production, and marketing teams to bring campaigns to life and refine content strategy.

Requirements

• Highly immersed in social media and YouTube trends.
• Excellent video editing skills and experience using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects for motion graphics.
• Understanding of how to adapt clips and edits for different platforms and durations.
• Ability to create strong hooks and optimize for retention.
• Clear understanding of kids-facing and grown-up-facing content and how tone, pace, and messaging differ.
• Must be based in the UK and require the right to work in the UK.

Nice to have

• Experience with content scheduling and publishing across YouTube or social media platforms.
• Familiarity with YouTube analytics and optimization best practices.
• Experience working in children’s media, with an understanding of COPPA and GDPR considerations.
• Knowledge of Adobe Audition for additional asset work.
