Location: This is a Hybrid role from our London Paddington Office, working three days from the office, two from home

Salary: £35,000 - £48,000

What you will do

• Develop, produce, and distribute video content for hirify.global’s market-leading brands across social platforms.
• Support the Head of Development in creating new social formats and video processes.
• Bring new, high-quality, original content to life from ideation to delivery.
• Write shoot briefs and scripts, providing art direction and producing talent on location.
• Work across edits, creating high-impact thumbnails and packaging for content.
• Monitor technological trends and developments, piloting new tools like AI in video production.

Requirements

• Understanding of how to optimise content across different social video platforms, with a particular focus on vertical-first platforms/content.
• Experience of developing, designing and setting visual identity for brands.
• Experience producing shoots on location and ability to bring video formats to life.
• Experience of using backstage social analytics to understand content performance.
• Experience writing shoot briefs and edit scripts
• Understanding of copyright across video platforms.
• Experience of using Photoshop & Canva, and producing designs high quality enough to publish online.
• Experience in edit production and project management in a production or creative agency, with well-rounded knowledge of production processes from start to finish
