What you will do

• Manage inbound requests related to sales contracts and validate opportunities daily.
• Support sales teams with pricing, constructing quotes, and processing sales orders.
• Work closely with Customer Onboarding, Legal, Risk, and Finance to ensure efficient merchant sign-ups and deal construction.
• Review and process customer agreements and amendments, ensuring compliance with internal guidelines.
• Respond to inquiries from customers, sales, and support teams regarding quotes, orders, and contracts.
• Maintain accurate customer files and records within internal systems.

Requirements

• Must be able to work in a hybrid model in London, requiring three days per week in the office.
• Self-starter, highly detail-oriented, and capable of working autonomously with minimal supervision.
• Fast learner, motivated by new challenges, and able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Superb communication skills, capable of interacting effectively with multidisciplinary senior stakeholders.

• Experience using Salesforce is a plus.
