Location: Hybrid in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India (3 days per week in office)

What you will do

• Drive architectural decisions for AI applications, enterprise integrations, and cloud-agnostic deployments.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of 7-12 software engineers.
• Collaborate on system design, database optimization, and API architecture.
• Partner with Product Managers to translate business requirements into technical roadmaps.
• Implement agile development processes and engineering best practices.
• Establish code quality standards and deployment pipelines.

Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience with strong system design and scalable architecture fundamentals.
• Minimum 2-3 years of engineering management experience leading technical teams in product companies.
• Broad technical expertise spanning databases (SQL/NoSQL), message queues, RESTful APIs, backend/frontend, and microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and enterprise system integration.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), containerization, and modern deployment practices.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with LLMs, vector databases, RAG systems, and agentic systems in production environments.
• Previous experience at AI/ML product companies or building enterprise AI applications.
• Experience with API and enterprise system integrations at scale.
• Background in enterprise data products or business intelligence platforms.
